The One Stop Application website allows citizens to apply for permits, licenses, and projects, as well as file a complaint with code enforcement and schedule inspections. It also allows citizens to track and search for permits, licenses, planning projects, and code enforcement violations.

You can save travel and waiting time by filing for permits and licenses online and checking your application’s status any time of day or night. You can also pay permit and license fees online, and download and print your own building permits and other documents.
If you need immediate action on a permit application, or if you have a complicated special event or are not sure what is required for the project you’re planning, it may still be better to come in-person for guidance.

Once your application is approved you will be notified by email. When you view your application in the Your Items card on the Online Services Portal, you will see a “Pay Fees” link on the same line as the “View”, “Print Summary”, and “Add to Watch List” links.

When you click on the “Pay Fees” link the fees will be added to your shopping cart, where you will be able to review them before submitting payment. You can pay for up to 10 fees at one time.

First, make sure to leave off city, state, zip code, and any apartment or suite number if your address has one. Only type in the house number and street name and hit Search. You’ll be able to enter an apartment/suite number on the next screen, and we don’t need the city, state, or zip code to locate the address.

If you’ve tried entering an address without an apartment/suite number, city, state, or zip code and still can’t find it, please call the One Stop Shop for assistance in determining what the legal address is for the location you’re searching for.
